Über uns:

Die Rote Hilfe ist eine Solidaritätsorganisation, die politisch Verfolgte aus dem linken Spektrum unterstützt. In vielen Städten und Regionen gibt es aktive Ortsgruppen. So auch in Franken. Wir haben zweimal im Monat Sprechstunde rund um das Thema Repression. Diese findet immer am 2. und 4. Donnerstag im Monat von 19-20 Uhr in der Schwarzen Katze statt. Am ersten Montag im Monat organisiert die Ortsgruppe die Rote Hilfe Volksküche. Dort kann man uns kennenlernen und sich über das Thema Repression und unsere Arbeit mit uns austauschen. Die Arbeit der Ortsgruppe umfasst u.a die Dokumentation und Einschätzung von Repressionsfällen in der Region, wir diskutieren über aktuelle Ereignisse und Entwicklungen auf dem weiten Feld staatlicher und privater Repression gegen Linke. Wir planen und organisieren dennoch auch Aktivitäten jenseits der konkreten Unterstützungsarbeit, wie Veranstaltungen, Flugblätter oder Kundgebungen.

Wenn Ihr zu unserer Anlaufstelle kommt:

Kommt nach Möglichkeit frühzeitig, nicht erst wenn alles vorbei ist, um nur noch Unterstützungskohle zu kassieren. Machen wir, ärgert uns aber. Lieber direkt nachdem ihr festgenommen wurdet oder eine Vorladung etc. bekommen habt.

Seid offen mit uns. Wir beißen niemandem den Kopf ab. Auch wenn ihr, wenns mal voll blöd lief und ihr bei den Bullen – entgegen aller guten Ratschläge Angaben gemacht habt. Lieber gleich offen drüber reden, als irgendwann im Prozess (für alle (Un-)Beteiligten) unangenehme Überraschungen zu erleben.

Bitte bringt alles mit, was ihr schriftlich zu dem Fall habt. Je nachdem, sind auch Zeitungsartikel (linke oder bürgerliche) hilfreich – mit „je nachdem“ meinen wir, dass wir das bspw. zum 1.Mai nicht brauchen.

Für das Stellen eines U-Falles braucht es auf jeden Fall Eure Kontoverbindung (IBAN & BIC), sowie eine Stellungnahme von Euch zum Geschehen. Des weiteren ist eine Unterschrift zur Verarbeitung von personenbezogenen Daten zwingend erforderlich. Egal ob der U-Fall digital oder bei uns vor Ort gestellt wird, die DSGVO schreibt diese Unterschrift vor.

Vertrauen ist gut, politisch ist besser. Auch wenn ihr – vielleicht weil Eltern das sagen – einen Anwalt, eine Anwältin eures Vertrauens habt, kann im Falle eines politischen Verfahren eine politisch erfahrene Vertretung von Vorteil sein. Solche vermitteln wir.

Wenn Ihr uns kontaktiert:

Benutzt nach Möglichkeit PGP-Verschlüsselung; es ist möglich, dass Kommunikation mit uns überwacht wird. Aber: einen vollständigen Schutz gibt es bei digitaler Kommunikation nicht. Daher schreibt niemals etwas in eine Mail, was euch und andere belasten könnte. Schreibt am Besten überhaupt nichts, was ihr gemacht habt, sondern wenn dann immer nur, was die Gegenseite gemacht hat oder Euch vorwirft.

Also Nicht: Ich war auf einer Demo und hab mich dann gegen Prügelpolizisten gewehrt.

Und Nicht: Ich hab eine Vorladung bekommen, das war ich aber nicht, weil da haben nur Leute mit roten Halstüchern Sachen geworfen.

Auch nicht: Mir wird Landfriedensbruch bei der Blockade XY vorgeworfen; ich war zu der Zeit aber auf der Spontandemo YZ.

Sondern: Ich hab eine Vorladung wegen Widerstand und Körperverletzung bekommen.

Oder: Ich hab einen Strafbefehl bekommen. Da steht drin, dass ich mich angeblich vermummt haben soll.

About us:

The organisation red help (Rote Hilfe) is a solidarity organization that supports politically persecuted people from the left-wing spectrum. There are active local groups in many cities and regions. Also in Franconia. We have consultation hours twice a month on the subject of repression. This always takes place on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 7-8 pm in the space of Schwarze Katze. When you come to our consultation hours:

If possible, come early, not when everything is over, just to collect support money. We do that, but it annoys us. It’s better to come straight after you’ve been arrested or received a summons, etc.

Be open with us. We won’t bite anyone’s head off. Even if you’ve made statements to the cops – against all good advice. It’s better to talk openly about it now than to experience unpleasant surprises at some point during the process (for all (un)involved). Please bring everything you have in writing about the case. Depending on the case, newspaper articles (left-wing or bourgeois) may also be helpful – by „depending on the case“ we mean that we don’t need this for May 1st, for example.

To file a Supportcase (we call it U-Fall), we definitely need your account details (IBAN & BIC), as well as a statement from you about what happened. Furthermore, a signature is mandatory for the processing of personal data. Regardless of whether the U-Fall is submitted digitally or on site, the „DSGVO“ regulation requires this signature.

Trust is good, politics is better. Even if you have a lawyer you trust – perhaps because your parents say so – politically experienced representation can be an advantage in the event of political proceedings. We can arrange such representation.

When you contact us:

If possible, use PGP encryption; it is possible that communications with us are monitored. But: there is no such thing as complete protection in digital communication. Therefore, never write anything in an email that could incriminate you or others. It is best not to write anything at all about what you have done, but only what the other party has done or accuses you of doing.

Not So: I was at a demonstration and then defended myself against police officers.

And not: I got a summons, but it wasn’t me, because there were only people with red scarves throwing things.

Also not: I was accused of breach of the peace at blockade XY, but I was at spontaneous demonstration YZ at the time.

But rather: I got a summons for resisting arrest and assault.

Or: I got a penalty order. It says that I allegedly wore a mask.
